About me...
I'm Amy, a Birmingham based Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher and musician.
Yoga has been part of my life since my early twenties. I won’t claim to have always had a strict daily practice during that time, that wouldn’t be true, but it has always been there; Whatever life brings, I always know that I can return to my mat, to my breath, to myself, and know that wherever I am, I am home.
Yoga isn’t just about what happens on the mat, it’s how we move through life, how we interact with the world, with others, and most importantly, with ourselves. These practices have given me so much more than flexibility; they have taught me to love myself without judgement, or to try my best to do so. It’s a life long journey, and I would be honoured to be part of yours through Yoga Therapy…

What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy uses the tools you already have - movement, breathe, awareness - to tap into your own inner wisdom, and re-connect body, mind and soul.
Together we will co-create a practice bespoke to your personal, physical, mental and emotional needs using;
• Yoga poses (Asana)
• Guided meditation
• Breath work (Pranayama)
• Self exploration
Why Yoga Therapy?
The world is a busy place and the emphasis is so often on the external. We are encouraged to be ‘connected’ to everything but ourselves.
When we come back to ourselves, connecting mind, body and soul, we can hear what comes from the inside.
We can do this by taking the time to be still, be present, be quiet. Come back to our senses and listen to what our body has to say.
Yoga Therapy provides a safe space to do just that, to come home to yourself.
