Hello & Welcome,
I'm Amy—a Birmingham based Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Musician.
Whether you're looking for 1:1 Yoga Therapy, group sessions, wellbeing programmes for your organisation, or therapeutic classes in the community, you're in the right place.
I believe that yoga and related practices should be available and accessible to everyone, and so my aim is to create welcoming spaces where people of all ages and abilities can move, breathe, connect and simply be. Helping people to reconnect with themselves and others using movement, music & mindfulness.

Yoga has been part of my life since my early twenties. I won't claim to have maintained a perfect daily practice throughout that time—that wouldn't be true—but it has always been there. Whatever life brings, I know I can return to my mat, to my breath, and to myself. It's a place that reminds me that wherever I am, I am home.
To me, yoga isn't just about what happens on the mat. It isn't about being flexible or sitting perfectly still in meditation. It's about how we move through life, how we connect with the world around us, how we treat others, and perhaps most importantly, how we treat ourselves.
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience moments of calm, connection and self-compassion, regardless of their age, ability, health or financial circumstances. Wellbeing shouldn't be a luxury.
Through movement, music and mindfulness, I create relaxed, welcoming and inclusive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and with one another. Whether I'm working one-to-one, with community groups, in care settings or with families, my aim is always the same: to help people feel seen, supported and empowered to take small, meaningful steps towards greater wellbeing.
These practices have given me so much more than physical flexibility. They have helped me build a kinder relationship with myself—or at least keep learning how to. It's a lifelong journey, and one that I'm still traveling on every day.
It would be an honour to be part of yours.

What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy uses the tools you already have - movement, breathe, awareness - to tap into your own inner wisdom, and re-connect body, mind and soul.
Together we will co-create a practice bespoke to your personal, physical, mental and emotional needs using;
• Yoga poses (Asana)
• Guided meditation
• Breath work (Pranayama)
• Self exploration
Why Yoga Therapy?
The world is a busy place and the emphasis is so often on the external. We are encouraged to be ‘connected’ to everything but ourselves.
When we come back to ourselves, connecting mind, body and soul, we can hear what comes from the inside.
We can do this by taking the time to be still, be present, be quiet. Come back to our senses and listen to what our body has to say.
Yoga Therapy provides a safe space to do just that, to come home to yourself.
What are the benefits?
That depends on what you want and what your body needs
Some of the benefits can be;
- General well being
- Mood enhancement
- Relaxation
- Nervous system regulation - Improved sleep

"I can’t thank you enough for these sessions. I have no doubt at all that the Universe has been at work introducing you into my life. Not only do I benefit so much from the actual sessions, but you have equipped me with ideas and resources that I can use at home. I am so grateful that our journey can continue. I very much look forward to seeing what comes next …😊"

"I thought I needed to be really fit and bendy but I didn't, yoga therapy covers so much and different techniques suitable for anyone of different levels. Amy is really easy to be around and really listens when Im describing how something was/I felt and was really attentive to my needs. Its great doing 121 sessions as you can really take the time to explore more deeply, and so-create a space. There’s so much Ive taken from our sessions and want to take with me and incorporate into my daily practice…"
